Sleep Support for Your Little One—Peace of Mind for You

Gentle, personalized coaching to help your baby or toddler sleep better—so your whole family can rest, recharge, and thrive.

Hi, I’m Juju.

I’m a gentle sleep coach, trained in the USA, and a registered children’s and general nurse.

I’ve spent years supporting families through some of their most difficult moments—helping them find peace of mind, regain rest, and gently navigate the chaos of early parenthood.

Every family looks different. Whether you're a mam, dad, two dads, two mams, non-binary parents, a grandparent, or the whole village, what matters is that you’re here, looking for a way forward that works for your family.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: everything feels harder when you’re exhausted.

What Families Are Saying

"Before working with [Your Name], our nights were completely chaotic. Our 8-month-old was waking up every hour, and we were exhausted. After just a few sessions, we had a clear plan and the support we needed to follow through. Within a week, our baby was sleeping through the night! We’re beyond grateful."

Maria & James, Parents of Baby Liam

"I was so nervous about sleep training, but [Your Name] took the time to really listen to our concerns and gave us a gentle, customized approach that felt right for our family. The difference has been amazing—not just in our daughter’s sleep, but in our overall peace of mind."

Angela, Mom of a 2-Year-Old

"Working with [Your Name] changed everything for us. Nap time was a daily struggle, and we felt so stuck. [He/She/They] helped us create a solid routine and taught us how to respond with confidence. Our son now naps regularly, and bedtime is a breeze!"

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages of children do you work with?

I work with families of babies, toddlers, and young children, helping them navigate sleep challenges in a gentle and supportive way. My background as a registered children’s and general nurse allows me to provide guidance that is both compassionate and grounded in child development and family wellbeing.

What is your sleep-coaching philosophy?

My philosophy is centered around gentle, responsive, and realistic sleep support. I believe there is no “perfect” way to parent, and no one-size-fits-all sleep solution. Every family is different, so I work closely with you to create a plan that feels achievable, respectful, and aligned with your family’s values and parenting style.

We’re breastfeeding, room-sharing or co-sleeping — will you still work with us?

Absolutely. I support families from all backgrounds and parenting approaches. Whether you’re breastfeeding, room-sharing, co-sleeping, or doing a combination of everything just to survive the exhaustion, I’ll work with you without judgment to find gentle solutions that suit your family.

How quickly will we begin to see improvement?

Every child and family is unique, but many parents begin noticing positive changes within the first few days of implementing a consistent plan. Meaningful, lasting improvements often build over a few weeks with patience, support, and consistency.

What happens if we have a disruption — travel, illness, developmental leap?

Life happens, and sleep disruptions are completely normal. Illness, teething, developmental milestones, holidays, and travel can all temporarily affect sleep. I’ll help you understand what’s normal, guide you through those challenging periods, and support you in getting back on track gently and confidently.

What’s included in a coaching package with you?

My coaching packages include a detailed assessment of your child’s sleep, a personalized gentle sleep plan, and ongoing support throughout your journey. I’ll guide you step-by-step, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and support you as you build healthy sleep habits for your family.

Will you judge how we’ve been doing sleep so far?

Never. Parenting is hard, and everything feels harder when you’re exhausted. I’ve spent years supporting families through difficult and emotional stages of early parenthood, and my role is always to support, encourage, and reassure — never to judge.

My toddler wakes frequently but only briefly — can you help?

Yes. Even brief but frequent wakings can leave everyone feeling drained over time. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to those wakings and create a gentle, practical plan to help your toddler sleep more soundly and consistently.

Is your approach evidence-based and safe for development?

Yes. My approach is based on gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep support combined with my nursing background and professional sleep coach training. Your child’s emotional wellbeing, attachment, and sense of security are always at the heart of the process.

How do we get started?

We’ll start with a consultation where we talk through your child’s sleep patterns, your current routines, your challenges, and your goals as a family. From there, I’ll create a tailored sleep plan and support you every step of the way toward calmer nights and more restful sleep.
